HOW WELL LOCATED IS THE BEACHFRONT PALMS?
"Awesome location right across the beach on Seawall Blvd. Excellent staff and customer service from the front desk and maintenance they always have a smile and are happy to help! The room was very clean, the pool area is kept up and is very nice. This location is quiet at night for a great nights rest. I would definitely stay here again! WHAT ABOUT OUR RECENTLY RENEWED ROOMS?
"Our stay at the Palms was a dream! The staff were all helpful, and very friendly. Our room was advertised with a partial ocean view, and it did not disappoint! The view was incredible, and the windows are double paned, so you don't have the roar of the ocean inside of the room. The room was recently remodeled, and was beautiful, and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, and while we didn't, my husband wanted to take the pillows home. We had an icy cold refrigerator in our room + a microwave, which was very nice. Let's see...the wifi was very strong, the tv was a good size, with plenty of channels to surf. The outdoor pool was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we went ahead & booked it for an entire week next year. Oh, one more thing - it is literally across the street from the ocean. 5 stars - Gaea Clonce
WHAT TREATS DO WE HAVE FOR YOU?
"I love this hotel! It is super clean with great amenities. The reception area serves popcorn, cappuccino, coffee, hot chocolate, water w fruit or cucumber, and various hot teas. The buffet breakfast was great. The landscaping is nice. The pool is clean and everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This is my new favorite. Oh plus it's next door to Kroger and the beach across the road is nice. It has a box full of sand toys that are free to borrow for the kids to play with. It's in a great area. Super clean. GOING FOR A CRUISE FROM GALVESTON?
"We stayed here the night before our cruise. It was a short 10min drive to royal port. Breakfast was good. Staff very welcoming. My son enjoyed the pool! location was everything for us. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, Kroger, Starbucks!" - Kristen gervasi

"I had mixed feelings about staying at this property due to some of the reviews but I’m glad I decided to book and stay with them. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was nice and our room was clean and comfortable for me and my family! Very close to the beach and all attractions and restaurants on Seawall. Pretty much everything we needed was right on the seawall strip. I will recommend to anyone and we will use this location when we come back again. "Currently spending our 2.5 week annual vacation here. Customer service is awesome. Location is perfect- right across the street from the beach, fishing pier, and within walking distance to SEVERAL places to eat. Kroger grocery store right next door adds much convenience to acquire whatever else you might need. The rooms are very clean. Not "luxurious", but who is spending all their time in the room when there is so much to do in Galveston during the day? For the price, you certainly cannot get better than this. However, the biggest selling point for us is that they are once again pet friendly, so our little doggies are welcome. As long as this policy remains, Beachfront Palms Hotel will always be our choice for our annual 2.5 week vacation and anytime else we can escape to Galvestonfor a few days.
